Shipping & returns

We have a standard nationwide shipping fee of R99.

Golden Girl will do everything we can on our side to ensure you receive your purchase quickly and in great condition.

However, once your package leaves us, its care is out of our control and we will not be held responsible for any damages to your items or late deliveries. 

Delivery time is dependent on your delivery address. For example JHB delivery is faster than CT.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

We use a door to door delivery service which can take up to 10 days from order. Please note this service only works on business days. If the order is made on the weekend or a public holiday, the order will be sent out on the next working day.  If an item is out of stock at the time of order we will notify you about this and arrange a refund.

EFT / bank deposit orders will only be shipped out once your payment reflects in our account.
