Refund policy

We understand how important it is to love what you buy! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Golden Girl purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of it being delivered. We just ask that you meet the following requirements:

  • The jewellery must be unworn.
  • The original packaging needs to be included
  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt of package via email so we can process your return/exchange.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable and you are liable for shipping product back to us (unless product is damaged).
  • Return shipping on undamaged jewellery must be paid for by the customer
  • For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on sale items
  • Golden Girl inspects all merchandise for defects, damages and discoloration prior to shipment, therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us immediately about any damages.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment.
